Fruity Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Blackberries (8 pieces)
  • Strawberry (4 pieces)
  • Pear (1 pieces)
  • Orange juice ( 1 piece)
  • Lemon juice(1 piece)
  • Red wine (2 oz )
  • Tequila (2 oz )
  • Tepa Agave Ambar (2 oz )
  • Cinnamon (½ stick )
  • Clove (1 piece)
  • Butter ( 2 tablespoons) 


Process:


1.Cut the pear and strawberries into segments.

2.add butter to a pan, add cinnamon, a clove, the fruit segments and the blackberries, add the juice of both citrus, in equal proportions of two ounces, incorporate Tepa Agave Ambar, red wine and tequila, lightly flame and serve trying the fruit is textured, not very cooked.

3.present in a glass and accompany with mint leaves or basil!
