- Eggs ( 2 pieces)
- Butter (100g)
- Avocado (¼ of an avocado)
- Onion (¼ of an onion)
- jalapeno pepper (½ of a piece)
- Coriander (1 stick)
- Tepa Agave Original ( 2oz)
1.Heat water with salt and two tablespoons of vinegar to poach the eggs, the vinegar confers flavor and will help to better bind the white making it fluffy.
2.Fry chopped onion with jalapeño pepper without veins and seeds.
3.Blend the fried chopped Jalapeño Pepper with cilantro, avocado and Tepa Agave Original.
4.Melt butter two to three tablespoons, add an egg yolk and add the previous preparation without mixing
5.Enjoy with toasted bread !!
